Once used by the Birmingham Water Works Board as a filtration plant and office building, this facility was decommissioned and eventually sold to a private buyer. When Green Bottle Workshop began their renovation, the structure still held all of the original equipment for pumping and treating water, including two 9 foot tall steel tanks.
