Located in the heart of homewood, this renovation features an open floor plan that makes the most of the limited square footage. An exterior space located on the North, South, East and West facing facades not only allow for multiple experiences but also encourage cross ventilation. Large sliding panels and floor to ceiling openings help to maximize transparency without sacrificing privacy. The Manhattan House has been featured in the August 2008 issue of Birmingham Magazine.
